Music. I Like It 2

Good music raised me. Great parents showed me the music.

My earliest memories are of me listening to 60’s/70’s rock & roll, walking around a cardboard box in the living room. I thought that was dancing. I still dance like that.

Fast forward a bit (a saying we owe to cassette and video tapes), and there’s a 9 year old me sitting by a stereo, headphones on, listening to Led Zeppelin II. Hearing Robert Plant on “Whole Lotta Love”, especially where his voice echoes before he sings the lyric, changed how I heard and thought of music.

Music continued to grow around and within me. Both the world and I continued to discover music, both new and old. I’ve had musical phases that I enjoy still, some I’m nostalgic about, and others that cause me to cringe. They raised me, and I love them for it.

I am passionate about music. It’s this passion that I’d like to share with you.
